Win99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Win99 ("Win99", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the Win99 platform available at win99.ad. The Win99 platform includes the sports betting section, live casino, slot games, bingo, game lobby and all associated account, deposit and withdrawal services.

By registering an account on Win99 or by using any part of the Win99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Win99 platform.

Win99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, Win99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a Win99 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Win99 is strictly for adult players. If you are under 18, you must not register or attempt to use the platform.
• You must be accessing Win99 from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Win99 account. Only one account is permitted per person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without refund of any balances in cases of deliberate fraud.

3Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one Win99 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms. Win99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances found across accounts used in breach of the single-account rule.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Win99 login credentials. Do not share your username, password or security details with any other person. You are liable for all activity carried out using your account credentials regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact Win99 support immediately.

Win99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that:

• Is found to have provided false registration information.
• Is associated with prohibited or fraudulent activity.
• Has been used in breach of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Has remained inactive for an extended period in accordance with Win99 inactivity policy.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining PKR balance that is not subject to an active wagering requirement will be processed for withdrawal using the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All Win99 account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Win99 supports the following payment methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer , bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets.

Deposits to your Win99 account are subject to a minimum deposit amount which will be displayed at the time of deposit. Most PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are credited to your Win99 balance within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed by Win99 to your registered payment method. You may only withdraw using a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or a method that has been verified and linked to your Win99 account. Win99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to you.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment verification before processing.
• Any active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Win99 reserves the right to apply standard processing times which will be communicated in your account dashboard at the time of your withdrawal request.
• In cases where Win99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, withdrawal processing may be paused pending investigation.

5Sports Betting Rules

Win99 offers sports betting markets across a wide range of events including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, Football, Esports and other global sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on Win99:

• All bets placed on Win99 are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where Win99 explicitly offers a cash-out or in-play edit facility on a specific market.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Win99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been suspended, settled in error, or affected by a technical fault. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to your Win99 balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, PSL and other sports are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time during an event. Win99 accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that was already public knowledge at the time of placement.
• Win99 reserves the right to limit bet amounts, restrict markets or limit accounts that display patterns of advantage play or that are believed to be acting in a coordinated manner to exploit pricing errors.
• Results and market settlements are based on official sources and event results. In cases of dispute, Win99's decision on market settlement is final.

PSL betting is one of the most popular features at Win99. Markets covering Lahore Qalandars, Karachi Kings, Peshawar Zalmi, Islamabad United, Quetta Gladiators and Multan Sultans are available throughout the PSL season. Players are responsible for understanding the market rules for each bet type before placing a wager.

6Casino & Games

Win99 offers a range of casino products including live dealer tables, video slot games and a bingo room. The following general rules apply across all casino and game products:

• All slot games and random-outcome games at Win99 operate on certified random number generation (RNG). Outcomes cannot be influenced by Win99, the game provider or the player.
• Live casino tables are operated in real time by professional dealers. Connection issues on the player's side that result in a disconnection mid-game are handled according to the specific game provider's disconnection policy, which will be communicated within the game interface.
• Win99 is not responsible for errors caused by player misunderstanding of game rules. Each game includes a rules or help section that explains how it works, pay lines, RTP (return to player) information and bonus features.

8Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, technical glitches or any platform fault for financial gain. Where such exploitation is detected, all related winnings will be voided.
• Any form of collusion, match fixing, inside information use or coordinated betting activity designed to gain an unfair advantage on sports markets.
• Using Win99 to process payments on behalf of third parties or using the platform for any money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Win99 staff or other players through any support or communication channel.

9Responsible Gaming

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell or create derivative works from any Win99 content without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining or extracting odds data, game data or any other content from Win99 in an automated manner is prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

Win99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While Win99 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform uptime, speed and accuracy, Win99 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted, Win99 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the Win99 platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Changes to These Terms

Win99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, Win99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the Win99 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting Win99 support.
